🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your new wood stove — but if something’s not right, we’ve got your back.
Our return process is simple, fast, and fair.


📦 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • All parts, manuals, and accessories are included.

  • The stove has not been installed, used, or damaged.

Items that have been used or installed cannot be returned for safety reasons.


🔄 HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email us at support@woodstovehub.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll review your request and send you return instructions within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, safely pack your stove and ship it back to us.


💰 REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


⚠️ DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@woodstovehub.com.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.


🚚 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or sent by mistake.

  • We recommend using a tracked courier to ensure safe delivery back to us.
